What is khelKonnect?
khelKonnect is tournament management software. Organisers use it to run a tournament from the entry list to the final point: import players, generate draws, schedule matches across courts and score them live. Players and fans follow along on their phones.
Which sports does it support?
Badminton and cricket are live today. Table tennis and chess are being built on the same core, so every sport is run the same way from one organiser console.
Do players or fans need to install an app?
No. Every tournament has its own public page with draws, schedule, results and live scores. Share the link, or let people scan the QR code at the court, and it opens in any phone browser.
Can I import my player list from Excel?
Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV sheet and khelKonnect maps the columns, flags missing partners and duplicate entries, and imports hundreds of players in seconds. You can also add players by hand.
What draw formats are available?
Knockouts with seeding and byes, round robins, and pools followed by a knockout. Players from the same club are kept apart, and winners move into the next round automatically.
How do scorers update the score?
The organiser shows a sign-in QR for each court. A scorer scans it, enters a 6-digit PIN and starts scoring from their own phone. Volunteers do not need an account.
What if the venue Wi-Fi goes down?
Scorers keep scoring. Points are saved on the phone and sync the moment the connection is back, so no point is lost. Draw sheets can also be printed as a fallback.
Can I show live scores on a big screen?
Yes. TV mode puts every court and the upcoming matches on a projector or TV at the venue, updating live.
